You can use another weapon like a pistol for extra buffs like Armour/Speed form, Hyper Awareness, etc

I can see you've taken acustom to liking the Sword/Gun&Sword, I can give you a couple of tips for using a sword, if you ever want to switch builds.

My loadout for my sword is Powerform, Cyclone/Dual Orbital, Horizontal Square, and Vorpal Strike/Sharp Nail.

Always make sure you have Melee Booster 2 before using any skills, this will drastically make your sword do insane amounts of damage.

For swords to use, I recommend the Dainsleif for lower levels, when you get to a higher level, use the Fragarach, for end-game, it should be the Raikai G7.
