A fantastic game in single player or co-op. Many layers of complexity that can be approached in a variety of ways.

A fantastic sequel to one of the best early roguelike games. Now in 3D!

Very fun little game that puts me in mind of a mix of Pikmin and God of War. It can be very difficult to maintain of your mob initially but this becomes easier as time goes on. I also found that the developers are incredibly supportive and will respond to questions posted in the discussions quite quickly and follow through with help and advice!

This game is amazing. Best blend of shooting and looting ever. Can't for the release of the third in 2020.

Fantastic gem of a game. The story is a lot more emotional than the vast majority of games I've played. Had to clench the tearducts extra hard to avoid crying at the end. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a good story and a couple of laughs targeted at the gaming industry.

This game is absolutely amazing. I will also admit that I did not like it the first few times I played. Died way too much and never got a handle on the controls. Those who have played it know how unforgiving the game is when you make a mistake. Then I came back to the game a few months later and I totally got it.

The most impressive part about Hotline Miami is the unique atmosphere the game creates that completely pulls you in. With the tight controls, 1-hit your dead gameplay, rapid respawn, and pumping soundtrack, few other games have such a powerful effect on how you feel playing the game. It's a total adrenaline rush and will have your heart racing and pulse pounding out the double bass as you tear into Russian mobsters with a brutal assortment of weapons.

On a final note, it's hard to beat the feeling of progress you make as you successfully complete more and more missions, and if you're a diehard, go back and replay them for those A+ rankings. When you complete those levels that took you 90 minutes or more the first time around, in under 20 minutes with only dying a few times when you tried to kill that one dude with a shotgun with a frying pan. You realize that you are now the Miami God of Blood and Gore.
