Though, that is quite sad because the game is really fair on the saving department since literally, after the intro, you can find save points every two corners. (not literally but they are pretty well spaced)(When you get close to them, you can quicksave via your quick menu) What happened is that I'm guessing that the developers probably didn't think that anyone would actually struggle in the intro. Either way, no matter what you do, all the best luck to you!
If the save system can be opened everywhere by modding, I will continue to play. Other than that, I can't spend my time playing the same place over and over, I don't enjoy it.
