Weapon DMG is not how much damage it does in a flat amount, but rather an attack rating(thus why the "damage isn't accurate", you learn to estimate how good your units are at damage from experience, because it uses more stats then FE's simple small numbers style), and you can see which weapons are Move & Fire from the weapon list, its the icon in the center of the three boxes that has a Gun with an Arrow
Additionally, you can review the HP, EN, and more of your units in a list at any time, from the Unit List menu openable by selecting an open square, which doubles as an Enemy List menu(same functions, just lists the enemies instead), try exploring your menus and opening the Button Guide in places instead of making assumptions after glancing at things, the stuff you want is there if you look most of the time
