Easily the best RPG ive ever played. It takes the rules from pen and paper D&D, and twists them just so to fit a video game, and cuts the rules that dont need to exist. It is an absolutely pure manifestation of how it feels to play a well made, albeit mildly on rails D&D campaign.

The only way this game could be better for me is if a full toolset to make your own campaigns was released, as extremely difficult as that may be. I would pay very very good money for the current 5th edition story books to be added as paid DLC, I dont care how expensive, so I could play them with my friends in this absolutely beautiful framework.

Larian deserves every praise for this masterpiece and more.

DMZ is great. shame it crashes every other game but ive played worse. yall ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about the menu are the reason we need tutorials for using a check box list.

fix the crashes and maybe make some of those armored enemies a little less beefy and all will be good.

First cod game ive bought since black ops 3, and even then I was several years late. story is great! 8 hours for me on the second to hardest difficulty. writing is good, though there are some sections with very strange mechanics that show up for all of two missions and feel.. not bad but not very well fleshed out.

I like what they did with Multiplayer. Feels like a decent movement shooter. the game modes with disabled respawn are definitely not my thing though. the weapons feel pretty good all things being equal but the assault rifles could use a moderate nerf across the board, the M4 and AK especially.

Steep for 70 bucks but you could definitely get your moneys worth if you like multiplayer.

lotta people talking about RNG, but as much as that is partly true, especially in the third stage, its really no more RNG that peggle, and some people got that game down to a science. im not quite that good at it yet, and sometimes your balls bounce in ways that dont make too much sense, but think about your shots and strategy, and you will do fine. I would like to see more control on the player side over your orb order, the random selection gets a bit annoying with lots of balls. but other than that its pretty gas. also that music tho. goes hard as hell dude.

its great. really it feels fantastic. however you must be warned, as is likely mentioned frequently in other reviews, the xp system is absolutely god awful. even just providing 100xp or so per round win would help to solve it, but realistically, the best solution would be to give an amount of xp per kill, capture, and medal. as it stands, unless your goal requires it, there is no real reason to try to win a game.

the current xp system is the only real bad thing though. if you don't really care what your spartan looks like, its not a huge deal. just be prepared for a few members of your team not trying to complete objectives, and just trying to grind out those annoying weapon challenges. I dont blame em.

over the hours ive spent, ive noticed only 3 base aspects of this game

1. its worthless without workshop content.
2. the process of making ops for others is dreadful, even with mods to make it better.
3. it practically breeds the worst kind of people.

Im not gonna say its worse than fortnite, because fortnite is the worst thing ever done to the gaming industry... but I will say that at least fortnite makes skins that vaguely fit its artstyle..

Recent changes have made some players rather uncheesed. you no longer earn much in the way of the tokens used to buy premium skins. I get it, but y'all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ really need to understand how expensive this game must be to run. and if the slog to get legendary skins was your one and only reason for playing, probably best you stop anyway. the best reason to play hunt is to enjoy playing the only extraction style shooter that is still good. and with this last update, its only gotten better. thanks crytek for showing the rest of the industry how the ♥♥♥♥ its done.
