Fantastic campaign and very satisfying combat. The co op operations mode doesn't have an outstanding amount of content, but whats there is addicting and quite replayable.

Even in early access, the amount of content it has is damn worth the price.

Early access, so the content available is of course limited, but this is a very promising start.

It definitely has a lot of good to it, the combat especially stands out as being super satisfying and fun. But the game falls short in most other aspects, particularly performance. Overall the experience does not feel anywhere near fleshed out enough or feature complete. Yet another one of these games that wants to pioneer a new, higher price point without the additional quality to justify it.

You might as well wait for the inevitable Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen.

Earnestly want to love this game because it's core gameplay is so very satisfying, but as it's lifespan goes on more and more decisions from the developers are concerning me.

Balancing is all over the place, it feels like nerfs and buffs are made in a vacuum based on usage metrics, and not in-game testing.

Refusing to add community requested features like transmog based on really strange lines of logic.

Every new armor set they release has one of 5 pre-existing passives we already had on other armor pieces.

Bugs with game-altering consequences like DOT damage straight up not working if you aren't the host have persisted since the game's launch.

And now we have this whole required PSN account fiasco. It's a shame, because this game really could be great. But I can't recommend it in it's current state.

Multiplayer Outlast, and it's good? Yippee!!!
