Solid fighting game, coming from a guy that absolutely sucks balls at most of them but 100% a very fun game.

HOWEVER, with the latest patch they removed parts of the game that was the initial appeal to some if not most players (like me), now you may say that it doesnt matter, it doesnt affect gameplay, while you would be correct, this doesnt chnage the fact that they "fixed" the problem that THEY made. Imagine this, Mortal Kombat devs just decided to remove/censor violence and gore, pretty dumb right? Then why should Skullgirls be any different, now its just like any other tag fighting game in the market.

Besides its characters and art style what can it offer that other games dont have?

8/10 (time of review) 8.7/10 (over all after 95% of the game being done)
Haven't 100% it yet, only finished the story.

All of this was done in 87 hours of play time.

My first FromSoftware game. I would say that I got my moneys worth and some more, given how much I still need to do. Not a 10/10 simply because a few bosses were quite large, thus making close combat camera quite the challenge, making it hard to dodge (I see you Fire Giant). NPCs would just end themselves if you were to progress past a certain event/boss, not too big of a deal but a few times after I had just defeated a boss I would remember about a certain NPC and visit them to see if they got something new to say or offer, only to be greeted with an item or bell bearing. A bit discouraging but understandable. Context Im not that good at this game BUT my playthrough felt very 1 skill to win them all. Perhaps I was overleveled, although I would get rolled by bosses in 4 to 5 hits I would also roll them in 40 weapon skills or so, perhaps it was my 35 vigor's fault but again not the smartest player here.

1st EDIT: Beaten all the Remembrance Bosses

2nd EDIT: Pretty much explored 95% of the game still have 2 endings left over to get 1 of them being halfway done, now im simply trying to 100% the game for the last achievement. So it is now a 8.7 out of 10.

Suppose that you were sitting down at this table. The napkins are in front of you, which napkin would you take? The one on your ‘left’? Or the one on your ‘right’? The one on your left side? Or the one on your right side? Usually you would take the one on your left side. That is ‘correct’ too. But in a larger sense on society, that is wrong. Perhaps I could even substitute ‘society’ with the ‘Universe’. The correct answer is that ‘It is determined by the one who takes his or her own napkin first.’ …Yes? If the first one takes the napkin to their right, then there’s no choice but for others to also take the ‘right’ napkin. The same goes for the left. Everyone else will take the napkin to their left, because they have no other option. This is ‘society’… Who are the ones that determine the price of land first? There must have been someone who determined the value of money, first. The size of the rails on a train track? The magnitude of electricity? Laws and Regulations? Who was the first to determine these things? Did we all do it, because this is a Republic? Or was it Arbitrary? NO! The one who took the napkin first determined all of these things! The rules of this world are determined by that same principle of ‘right or left?’! In a Society like this table, a state of equilibrium, once one makes the first move, everyone must follow! In every era, this World has been operating by this napkin principle. And the one who ‘takes the napkin first’ must be someone who is respected by all. It’s not that anyone can fulfill this role… Those that are despotic or unworthy will be scorned. And those are the ‘losers’. In the case of this table, the ‘eldest’ or the ‘Master of the party’ will take the napkin first… Because everyone ‘respects’ those individuals.
