Combat is absolutely amazing. Everyone complaining about microtransactions have some self-control issues.

Can't give it a thumbs up for now. My list of issues:
- Itemization seems poor. Getting items above magic require higher difficulty that you get two shot in which makes it very unfun and annoying.
- Crafting is too much of a grind where after 8 hours I cant even craft a magic/rare ring.
- Combat is meh. Some skills feel good while others feel clunky. WASD doesn't feel nearly as good whenever you have to stand still to basic attack.
- The escort NPC tasks on hunts are nearly impossible on higher difficulty when they die in 3 seconds and can't heal up.
- Leveling is too slow. Every 5 levels (~3 hours after level 20) you only get 4 spaces in the ancestral which just doesnt seem worth it.

I really enjoy the ancestral grid and linking skills/support nodes but the issues above are really making it hard to keep me playing. I will revisit later after major updates but until then I'm good.

Loving the game so far! Feels like risk of rain mixed with Hades but with a cooler skill system!

Fantastic combat with really cool animations and art! Can't wait to see what else they have planned for it!

Even with the server issues, the repetitive gameplay loop, and annoying load screens. This game is badass and so fun to play. Story and attention to detail is all there and has been amazing so far!

Cool game, rough 1.0 release like every game this year, not a big deal.

Some of the coolest and most unique character gameplay in recent memory. Excited to see more!

As someone who doesn't play Monster Hunter, the combat is super fun and the karakuri building is satisfying. The games optimization and camera are my main issues, the movement can be clunky at times but nothing that throws me over the edge. I don't see my main issues to be a reason to downvote because I can be patient for patches and the game is enjoyable nonetheless.
