I saw a review for TLD saying that the game Hinterland promised to make doesn't exist (meaning a complete 6-10 episodic tale of wilderness survival years ago when they first came into Early Access) and that the game they made instead is one of the best survival games ever made.

I agree with that. This is hands down the best wilderness survival game I've ever played or ever think I will, and every time I play it I feel like I'm a little kid again playing in the snow and enjoying the calm silence of the winter forest. This game makes me proud to live in my country and I hope it stays that way long past the final completion of the game's story content.

If you haven't played this game before, do it. It's also randomly on for like 11$ right now so it is well worth the investment.

New Patch is insanely fun. Still the worst (best) game you will ever play.
