Hexagons are the bestagons.

Been playing off and on since Alpha releases. Continues to be the one game that always drags me back in. Endless gameplay customization from the workshop is a huge factor in that.

Overall it's fun and immersive. Story is captivating as well as hitting you right in the feels (tbh I shed a few tears). The decent variety of side objectives help mix things up, as well as provide some bonus loot, even though it's practically the same formula of Shoot, Loot, Repeat. There's a few times where stealth was necessary but most of the time the classic Run 'n Gun strategy works fine.

Although buggy, I haven't had any crashes and only 1 game-breaking bug that required reloading. Mostly floating AI & objects, blatant popping and some irretrievable loot. It is hard to fully recommend the game in it's current state, especially in terms of performance. But that may just be my aging 1070.

I've read some complaints about the world being very shallow, which it is, but I believe that would not have been as big of an issue if it had not been so hyped upon. Speaking of shallow, the AI. My god the AI. Completely brainless but are also somehow telepathic secret soldiers at the same time.

It doesn't quite feel like a traditional RPG, almost a RPG-lite. Looting is not nearly as engaging as something like Fallout, where in that I would carefully choose what to take or maybe I was looking for a specific item. Looting in Cyberpunk was just a grab all, swap out weapons for highest DPS (less so when I found a load-out I enjoyed) and sell / scrap the rest. Never had to worry about Ammo or meds either. The skill system is alright, honestly ignored it most of the time unless I needed a skill check or noticed too many points racked up.

I'm excited to see the game in a more polished state, maybe even some expansions to flesh the world out more.

Played this for several dozen hours presteam, just through less legal means. Using the excuse "Oh, I'll just buy it once it comes to steam". So once I saw it was released on steam (and climbing the most popular tab), I decided to keep my promise. I'm glad I can finally show my support.

Leaving a good review because the game is so good. Amazing game, albeit slow progression at times.

0/10, No Space Dragons or Space Worms. Would not recommend.

I do, however, recommend the game. I'm just no good at constructive criticism but I figured I'd at least leave something with a thumbs up.

I love DayZ, but this launcher sucks. You would be better off getting DayZCommander or Sixlauncher.
