Why are there holes in some bossfights that insta kill you? Wtf did you guys smoke when creating ng+ for spectre knight? Hp declining over time and curios costing hp while there is only one checkpoint per map. Thats not "difficult" that is just straight up annoying. Most bossfights are also just annoying because of some stupid gimmick. Why does shield knight jump randomly in the spectre knight fight while doing 2dmg in ng+. Why does the robot at tinker knight fight shoot rockets from the only platform so you get hit while hitting the knight? Why does the enchantress in spectre knight trap you with fire and shoot fireballs 1 pixel below you so you cant react? Spectre of torment really tormented me as i have never played something as annoying as this game. I Really dont understand how this game has overwhelmingly positive reviews...

Very satisfying combat system, very good atmosphere/bosses.

+ looks amazing, especially at night events.
+ alot of customization
neutral: cars are pretty easy to handle, for me feels a bit off
- snow events are 2x to 3x as hard as other events and quite frustrating
- even though it looks like a lot of content, events become repetetive as there are not that many different tracks

conclusion: buy when it is on sale. 20 bucks for game +DLC is a fair price

After finishing the game I can finally rage about this damn game. It is definitely unpolished. If, for example, you do a Backflip, your legs turn into cooked noodles and just flip away even though you are landing on your feet and therefore lose. If You do the exact same action twice, you may get different outcomes. For example pressing "E" until the goat can't turn any higher may result in the goat just standing there(which isfine), or in flipping over(which tilts alot), at the exact same spot(like Starting points). Furthemore the "Hitbox" when you hit your Body on something and you lose sometimes feels just off. Sometimes it doesnt count even though you are clearly hitting it, and sometimes you just die standing close to an object and you guess you hit your head.

Unless you really wanna go through pain or simply enjoy goats just a little more as a normal person would do, buy it. Otherwise just dont.

It took everything that made AoE II the greatest RTS ever made and added the few things it needed to be flawless. Just the best remake of a game I played so far

all the Childhood memories coming back to life...

If you like to kill or simply hate rats, this is your game
10/10 would kill again
