The list ranges collector this game does not appear on steam and ... I installed uninstalled the game 3 times and so

30 fps, but the game is moving very well

In steamapps \ common \ Batman Arkham Knight \ BMGame \ Config \ BMSystemSettings.ini
There is a line That sets your fps to a capped 30
Line looks like this "MaxFPS = 30".
Change it to 60 and you're set to go.
