I don't know if I'll remember which fight you were, we've been at pvp quite a bit. I'd attribute weird backstabs to lag and such, honestly.
I'm using a chaos lucerne +5 though. chaos scales with humanity, and I'm using the leo ring with it. Having some poise with the build makes it ridiculous, even if you medium roll.
