DIS IZ A GRATE GAME

Honestly, the game is okay but the mechanics just entice people to be scumbags and camp extraction. Sure, people are saying "oh its like Tarkov" but in my like what, 300 hours of playing EFT, I've encountered about 10 total extract campers. In my almost 3 hours of this, I've encountered twice that.

Sure, the game is different, but fark sake lad that's stupid, honestly. Problem is with this game is that the bugs are so prominent, like weapons not appearing when switching, like I shot and gave away my position because I still had my "pick axe" out. To add to that, there's so many cheaters in it it's unreal, people being able to continuously sprint at me and take 0 damage from my bullets despite hitting them only for him to two tap me with a shotty, is laughable.

Sure the game "has time to improve" but honestly, the only thing I can see making this game playable is not having such an obvious means of extraction, and punish people who are camping with an air raid or some ♥♥♥♥. It's not a fun experience for people like myself who find it boring to camp, so saying "oh well you can camp too you know?" Like sure I can, but I'm not a scumbag lmfao. And thats IF you even manage to get to an extract, most of the time you'll get shot in the head by a bolt by some dirty grub.


It's got a great concept, I like pretty much everything else like the lobby system, factions, trading, crafting, the personal quarters, and the quests also, but the biggest let down is genuinely the visual and audio bugs, the extraction system, and the grubs that either hack, or camp.


I'll play it some more and see if my opinion changes but honestly, I don't see that happening, game deserves the mixed review, at this point.

Honestly, though I've only played 100hrs as of review, I find this game vast with content, and the story is pretty damned good too. I'd definitely suggest giving it a go because what better price is there than free?

Honest rating I'd say 8.5/10. It would be 9 or 10 if certain things like gold sellers and whatnot were purged but it's a losing battle in that sense.

very good game, even better with friends, it's free so they dont have an excuse, it's also not pay to win as you can easily make platinum with the player market.

Great game to play if you want to get angry at yourself pre toaster bath

Honestly this game slipped from my grasp, but came back with the recent league, and jesus, I cannot say how much this game has to offer, its a free game, with a metric ton of content. There are plenty of guides to go and play alongside your chosen character.

I chose to be a Necromancer (Ascendancy option for Witch) and true to its name I roll into any cluster of mobs and my undead dominion just clears them.
