Rocket League is a great game during study breaks. Games last 4-6 minutes, so you aren't committing to long periods of time. I rarely have any lag when queuing on both West and East US Coasts. It's a great time to jump in because so many new players have come to the game upon becoming free-to-play. There are also some great resources for getting the cars, decals, etc. that you want.
