The game is like staring at a sunset. Beautiful but ultimately not super engaging. The gameplay is just getting lost trying to find out what to do next and then walking. oh but don't forget that you also get to do some walking. a little more walking. Then as an added bonus you can do some more walking.

Interesting playthrough and story but definitely not one of those games you go crazy for or keep coming back for.

The story is great but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the online is grindy as hell. online is a cesspool of Rockstar's greed and is filled with promoting toxic play. I only found pleasure in doing the heists and maybe some odd interesting jobs.

Here is what I think of KCD. It's a great RPG. Really difficult at the start but then as you level and get better stats and skills the game gets easier. The DLC's are not worth the price and were too short. However the DLC added some really fun content to the game so if its on sale or perhaps you got some extra side cash go ahead and check it out if you want. If you are afraid that the game will be too difficult for you or perhaps too clunky or too realistic keep in mind that there are still some ways to take advantage of the games mechanics. I found that the AI can be really stupid and allowed for me to sneak and steal just by abusing the AI. Also the game makes you super overpowered if you find the right stuff and level the right things so do not worry too much on whether the game will be too difficult. The combat is interesting and unique but ultimately does not test your skill that much and can get repetitive after a lot of fighting. This game shines the most with its historical accuracy and amazing story telling which I find to be refreshing. The story seems to stand out from others probably because it keeps a positive tone that they keep throughout the whole game and does not try to be too complicated or too deep. All in all the game gave me countless hours of enjoyable content and fun and definitely worth checking out.
