Going into this game, I didn't think I'd really enjoy it. I liked Recettear back in the day, but I hadn't been able to get into anything like that recently. Potionomics thankfully broke that streak. The characters are charming, the animation is beautiful, and the gameplay is surprisingly addictive. It's got that "one more turn" from Civ vibe, y'know?
Anyway it's 2am and I need to get up in four hours. Whoops.

Take Link to the Past, slap some .hack onto it, and toss in a heaping helping of comfy combat and fantastic story, and you get CrossCode.
I'm sure there are reviews out there that will give you a huge spiel but really, just do yourself a favour and play it. There's a free demo!
