Unplayable on Intel graphics, do make sure you have a discrete GPU, unless Iris graphics.

Recommend using Steam Workshop and installing up to maximum 10 graphics and gameplay mods. Really enhances the experience. Some I recommend are:

1. Skyrim - Elementals and Draugr
2. Skyrim Scaling Stopper
3. Better Hunting and Prices
4. Realistic Lighting (or somethin like dat)
5. Enhanced Distant Terrain (makes distant objects MUCH less blur)

And last but not least this is a MUST HAVE for an epic ♥♥♥♥ FusRoDah
- The REAL Fus Ro Dah Shout (with chant)

Have fun all newcomers and enjoy! This is a journey you'll never regret taking. It is like drugs. So addictive, makes you regret playing, but you can't help but play again and again.

Excellent game, but demads patience. LOTS of patience. Oh, and before you go drivetest the demo, don't get too pissed by the traffic cameras.
