A review from a person who has played and replayed all the Dragon Age Games

I have been playing all the Dragon Age games for years on Xbox and on Steam. I have replayed Inquisition thrice, II thrice, and Origins at least 7 times.
When Dreadwolf was announced I was very excited, then it was rebranded to Veilguard. I, like many people, were concerned after the first cinematic trailer came out. It felt too Hollywood. But I kept an open mind, and as more game play and cinematics were released I felt very confident this game has potential to be a fair sequel to Inquisition; and it was.

By no means is it a perfect game, for better or worse it is different than Origins. However, Inquisition was a very different game than Origins and II.

This game's combat is a major improvement, faster paced than the rest of franchise it feels more cinematic with its action and less slow like the Origins and Inquisition combat.

The companions were interesting, and their story arcs intrigued me.
I will take this time to deviate and say that the Non-Binary coming out questline is handled well, Taash's companion quests as you help them come to grips with who they are is a fine story arc that I'm sure will speak to a lot of lgbt people. With that said: the Bharv scene, I concede, was cringe.

The side quests assigned by the factions were also fun for a time, though they can sometimes be repetitive like the finding missing people in Arlathan quests for the Veiljumpers.

The main thing that carries this game is the main story, especially the three Elven Gods as the villains. Any mission featuring Ghilan'nain was a good one, Elgar'nan was a very threatening presence, and Solas... Gareth David Lloyd's returning as Solas is the best part of this game. The story does start slow in Act 1, but by the end of Act 1 the game gets really good, Act 2 builds upon this, and Act 3 serves as an epic conclusion wrapping up not just this story: but the story of Inquisition and even II and Origins.

Rook is... a memorable protagonist. More easy going when compared to the Warden from Origins and the Inquisitor from Inquisition. But that's not a bad thing. It helps them stand out. I would argue they're similar to Hawke from DA2, a good hero but also a lose cannon.

To wrap up this review I will recommend Veilguard, I feel the story is a fitting conclusion for Inquisition (and ties up the other two games nicely). It's not as good as Inquisiton, or Origins, but it stands out on its own. If you are a die hard Origins fan, this game may not be for you.
If you have concerns about this game I would recommend at least purchasing it while it's on sale to experience the story and witness the conclusion to the franchise up to this point. The ending feels like the end of a saga and I feel for that you should at least give it a chance.

8/10

An amazing game with endless replayability. I replay this at least once a year and I am still finding new decisions I've never done before. The crashing can be a little annoying, but I am thankful for the 4gb patch.

This game is insanely fun, and the dev team are also working to fix things up and add more to it. The gameplay is enjoyable, the combat is easy to understand, the story is well written, and there's like 4 MILFs.
I 100% recommend this game and hope in the future we get 2 Dead 2 Estate.

Early Access Review
My friends and I decided to have a game night and we all heard about this game.
We purchased it and went in completely blind.
We walked into a spooky house and the first thing one of them did was shout the ghost's name 50 times, for some reason the ghost decided to kill me instead of her.
10/10 will haunt my friend.

For a game with such a simple concept I have sank hours upon hours running for the same office as different candidates. With a large number of candidates to choose from you can help anyone become president. Wanna see Bernie Sanders beat Ted Cruz? John Kasich vs. Joe Biden. The possibilites are endless. And if there is a politician you love and want to see run for president, then you can make them. This game is a great strategy game and I am glad I purchased it, well worth the 10 dollars.

It's a good game. It reminds me of when I played it on the nintendo wii. But to be honest the wii version is better.
The pc version has extra levels (Jedi Temple, Tatooine, and Hoth)
But in the regular levels, I don't like how I can be wearing sith robes but in the cutscenes I am wearing the defult clothes for the level. And sometimes the audio for the cutscenes is off. That's another reason why I recomend the wii version, the cutscenes change what you are wearing what you put on on the Rouge Shadow. Your lightsaber changes in the cutscenes as well, and you can also customize the lightaber hilt.
But the pc version is still really cool, I'm just saying, if you want it from steam pick it up on sale or something.
