Coming from someone who purchased the original release (and returned it.) The game is 10x better. The update is a breathe of fresh air. It's very different from DBD and the ones who are hating on the game are DBD lovers. It's a lot more fast paced in my opinion. It requires a lot of teamwork, and with the coffin revive system it makes the game more enjoyable. The ONLY thing I've noticed so far is survivors getting into "cheatsie" spots that you normally shouldn't be able too. Devs are very much paying attention to the community and feedback and I'm almost positive these issues will be fixed quickly.

TLDR: The game is much better than the original release and different in it's own way from DBD.
