Have you ever been so depressed that you just laid in bed all day eating a package of uncooked hotdogs? I have. My favorite are ballpark franks. They're fully pre-cooked so they're perfectly fine to eat without warming them. I also like them because you can buy ballpark singles which are individually wrapped in peelable wrappers like packages of string cheese. It really helps keep the grease off of my sheets. But most importantly they remind me of my childhood. A simpler time where I didn't have to worry about the struggles of adulthood. Where my parents weren't divorced and would take me to the ballpark and we'd get a nice delicious hotdog.
Nowadays I just find myself falling into a self loathing spiral, chasing those fleeting moments. They're just memories now slowly fading away. I continually find myself passed out in a processed beef induced stupor.
