honestly, i really liked the previous 3 instalments, mainly because they did so much with so little, which was what made them very entertaining. with this instalments it tries too much to do everything at once, example 1 is the hand of light; it just doesnt fit right with the main gameplay (for me at least).

ps, the artstyle feels really HD and almost foreign to the franchise

besides that, i love the attention to detail, marketing of the dlc's are ingame (minor mentions of characters or places in said DLC's) and all the previous games are mentioned one way or another.
