Don't bother with RT on RE4. It's garbage and buggy. If you just want max settings at 1440p60+ then pretty much any recent card should do, even something like a 5060. Feel free to delete this after reading.
And if you still wanna do RT, make sure to check out Digital Foundry's PC port video for RE4, as well as look into the DLAA mod.
