An addictive little game going on here.Reminds me of an idle game with the twist of there being something to do, similar feels to some of the modded minecraft packs.The game has its quirks, but all round hits a solid 8/10 for me personally. I love it.

The base game itself without dlc is rather expensive and extremely bare bones. You literally get popup ads when using DLC weapons, just wait for sale and get apex pack edition, it gives you almost everything you would want if you're interested in mil sims.
Other then the pretty expensive pay wall, its a pretty solid game, The 'arcade' like game servers are brilliant fun with friends or solo.

I seriously mean the spoiler warning is a spoiler.

Multiplayer for whatever reason works as intended with some of your nearby friends... but for the other friends that are just as close to you geographically it doesn't work, when the host starts shooting you start lagging no matter who's hosting the other players suffer. (friend and I are in the same state, at most 5 hours drive away and we can't play together, its unplayable. while I can play with my other friends perfectly fine who are even further away and he has experienced the same issue with his friends.)

The game play loop is linear but still very bare bones, having only 3 unique stages and 3 unique bosses is fine. but I really hope more get added or we get to see a looping system similar to risk of rain/risk of rian 2.

The gun play is fun, except for the times you don't get the "good" guns. Some guns are seriously underpowered and there for overlooked. After getting the hang of the game I've started just mentally blocking guns I've thought to be trash. Balancing is definitely needed, not just buffing weapons but also nerfing weapons.

The game is good, its not quiet there yet though. If you want a fun single player game that you can quickly bang out in like 20 hours this game is great, but I don't feel its met its standard of "multiplayer" or "co-op"

Amazing game Ive been coming back to update after update since 1.2, sad its the end of an era but I had a blast :)
