I was not familiar with the Cube Escape series before playing Rusty Lake Hotel, but I was reminded of an old point and click/puzzle game "the crimson room" that I absolutly loved back in the day. I found RLH very intriguing and pretty intuitive. I was only hung up on a few spots. (stupid monkeys)
The story is morbidly fun, art and voice well done. The game is short but worth the cost, and I plan to go play through all of the Cube games! Still one of my favorite little games.
