It's decent

In short: wonky physics, weird (but not game-breaking) bugs and glitches, a decent car list with pretty good customization, decent graphics, and an amazing world.
The handling of the cars in The Crew has improved much since release, but is still really weird. However, after a few hours of driving around, one will probably get used to them and can work with them.
The glithes mostly consist of cars (especially Dodges) getting launched into the air or stuck in random places (can be fixed by fast travelling), and are mostly more amusing than annoying in my opinion.
The car list is not great, but contains decent variation and the customization with different specs for different things is a surprisingly good way of doing car classes.
The graphics are nothing amazing but still decent as of right now (may 2017).
The game world of the crew (literally the entirity of continental USA shrunk down) is the best I've seen in a racing game so far, and aside from being huge, it's also full of details and hardly ever repetitive or boring. It has great variation in landscapes and is, in my opinion, just a nice place to be.
The storyline is one of the best ever in a racing game, E.G. absolutely terrible.

One thing i didn't really see mentioned in the reviews: you need to pay more for all the chapters. Shame, this makes it seem alot cheaper to experience this than it actually is. Nevertheless: If you can afford to buy all 5 chapters, do it. It's amazing. One doesn't often find games (or even films) with this good of a story and characters.

Dit spel is zeker geen aanrader: de handling is naast onrealistisch gewoon slecht, de route-aanwijzingen zijn onduidelijk en en het is soms onduidelijk waar de route loopt, de graphics zijn simpelweg beroerd en zelfs wanneer het 10 cent zou kosten raad ik niet aan het te kopen.

Leuk spel, uren speelplezier. Wanneer je je een beetje op twee dingen tegelijk kan concentreren, is het leuk om een boek te lezen tijdens het rijden, maar doe dit alleen op lange afstanden op de snelweg (en zeg niet tegen de politie dat je het van mij hebt). Speel dit spel niet wanneer je zeer snel verveeld geraakt: het is soms best saai! Heel veel DLC beschikbaar, voornamelijk speciale paintjobs. Ik raad dit spel zeker aan!
