All of the negative reviews on this game aren't really too justified like yes it is harder to play solo, yes you will sometimes die before you can do anything or exit your ship, yes its better to play with people but that's just the way looter shooters work dawg. This game is is pretty solid and ive had many successful solo runs with tons of action, escape pods and boarding give you a chance to come back after your ship gets knocked out, playing with others just makes the game more fun and if you cannot find anyone to play with just join the marauders discord. I've experienced little to no bugs to be honest although the end game screen when you die is sometimes beyond inaccurate but other than that aside from maybe hit reg it is a really good game. If you were thinking about getting it I would say ignore the negative reviews and form your own opinion on it.

That's not good or fun game design. Y'all are victims.

using tarkov as an example ive been spawn camped way more and i find the game way more unforgiving than marauders. This is just my experience saying how ive have had very little run ins with spawn camping and when it did happen i felt that it was somewhat fair and in looter shooters you rarely engage on your own terms rather than you see a person and they rush you or your forced to attack but i this game i dont really find that the case but like i said this is my opinion and if you want to try the game just ignore negative reviews and see how your experience is.

imagine excusing spawn camping in the year 2023. Extraction shooter players are whack.

Being insta-gibbed when entering from the airlock, you are literally a sitting duck. The game promotes the exploit it created. It's a terrible design. And this isn't how looter shooters are.
Looter shooters are created in a manner that you engage on your own terms. Not when you literally "spawn in". If it was a random occurrence, and not a design choice, I would agree with you. But it isn't. And it's a terrible design choice.
And looking at the declining player base, I am not the only one ...
