This game has so much potential, and yet it's still a fun and glorious top down iso looteish shooter.

Just sad as **** that this small dev team constantly keeps making game breaking mistakes.
When the devs fix the achievements is when my proper review gets posted till then this dumpster fire can remain in the big stink.

10/10 One of the most enjoyable experiences I've had with a game this year.
Even with a cpl visual bugs Cyberpunk 2077 is easily Game of the Year.

Better late than never!!!

In this day and age it is hard for me to find motivation to complete most games anymore.
With 2013's Tomb raider I didn't have this issue, at every moment in the game I was enthralled and engaged in the story and game mechanics. To such a degree that I sped through the game and completed it in 10 hours with 65% completion.

This leaves so much more room for multiple play-through , along with a multiplayer function. I can't believe i didn't play this sooner, and a part of me is glad i waited till i have the rig i do now (see profile for pc specs).

The game is a gem a solid 10/10, if you haven't played this yet do so immediately.

Stay the hell away from this title. This game worked back in 2016 but now 4 years later this ♥♥♥♥ is broken and crashes and won't even launch for me.
The wayforward devs need to be flogged and feathered, worst game on steam.

First things first, to clarify I have been a supporter of this title since the alpha launch.
Through the 2 major changes with this title we have now arrived at the dreaded 2.0 launch.

To be honest unless you were a godlike char when 2,0 launched you would be better off starting over fresh with a new toon.
Overall the title feels and runs way better than it did before the 2.0 patch.
A solid purchase for any WH40k fan. 7/10 in my eyes.
Would have been a near perfect 9/10, but for me taking the tech adept and creating a standalone title for said char type, while allowing it's armor and items and blueprints to drop in martyr becoming useless takes some of the luster out of this title.
Looking forward to future "free" content.

Nothing to like here, a complete ark dlc ripped outand sold as a stand alone title to gain as much holiday cash as possible.
All trailers look to be cgi based and scripted to look like its actual footage.

Refunded and never supporting any game ever released by these devs.

At this point this review is only here to address Daybreak as a company, seeing as how they are shuttering JS in October.
Effectively screwing over all the players who have spent money on crates for skins. I bet alot have spent hundreds or even thousands.
But sadly Daybreak isn't interested in scaling down servers to accomodate the lower population, they have been busy trying to ruin JS since the title split into 2. Constant bugs, wipes and a complete building overhaul drove away players. And of course this is what they wanted.
I rate Daybreak as a company a 0/10.
Gonna miss all the fun times i spent in JS with friends ambushing players and having battles in Pleasant Valley, getting to run around looking like a sadistic evil clown, been with this title since day one.

But enough about banging on the company let's see what former employees think.

Nothing much really needs to be said.
Spent 19 hours between 2 days running through the stick of truth and sided with cartman.
One of the best rpg's i have played in a long while.
If you don't own this game buy it now.

Until this game is solid and playable stay away from purchasing this game.
I backed the devs on humble bundle, and the second they got it authorized on steam was the moment this title choked.

All the extra users steam allowed to flood in ruined the game, this game should be in a closed alpha, but casue steam is a greedy grinch this holiday season, the game got semi-ruined.

Heres hoping for a patch today dec 29th to fix the infinite server logging issue, but highly unlikely.

Should have found a different platform to do a closed test of the game. :/
This review will change when it no longer takes me X amount of time to try and log into a server.

This title should just alt+f4!!!

*2018 UPDATE!!!!!*

Game still won't connect, albeit it now progresses to registering connection.
This is a positive step in the right direction, but still not enough to redeem the devs.
I have spent a total of 62 minutes trying to log into numerous servers, i refuse to continue to try to login until the devs can assure 100% that logins work.

Gotta keep this ♥♥♥♥ under 2 hours so i can refund when the time is right.

At the time of this writing December 26th, 2017.
This game is a mystery to me, from all the game footage i have watched on youtube to help me decide if i should purchase this title. After 4 months of deliberation i saw the game was on sale on humble bundle for 5, no brainer right.

Install said title, and launch into a crash and crash and crash, I manage to fix with a settings.ini change.
Launch game finally to much applause from the peanut gallery inside my head, get greedy and bump up all the video settings to max out my 4k system and 40inch 4k monitor, game crashes pukes and wont launch properly no matter what i try.

Stay away from this title as of this moment, if you are reading this and own it, protest and uninstall this title from your drive, and demand a refund regardless of time spent playing.
