Omleta pufoasa si rapida cu salam pentru cei care sunt in criza de timp.

Ingrediente
5 oua
200 g salam feliat
sare
piper
patrunjel verde

Mod de preparare
Se bat ouale bine cu telul. Intr-o tigaie se pun 3-4 linguri de ulei si se pune salamul la calit. Se lasa cateva minute.
Se adauga ouale batute si se lasa 5-6 minute pe fiecare parte.

Cand se rastoarna pe platou, se presara si patrunjelul tocat marunt.
