To the reviews giving thumbs down because they think freddie is too strong or too weak, that all depends on the player. Personally, as a surivivor i find freddie to be a challange but also weaker then the wraith, which is saying something as the wraith was the weakest killer prior to freddies release so if anything, he needs a buff to put him in line with the other killers.

As to the survivor, he can be hit or miss in most cases, with his perks having some uses but not many at the current time.
Overall, this dlc is a welcome edition to the game, with some nit picks here and there and a killer who can be strong in the right hands, but needs some overall love in the buff department.
