Would give a mixed review if I could, but that's not a real feature at least at the time of posting this review, so oh well
First, I'm not gonna say this game SUCKS, cause it doesn't. It IS a fun game and I did enjoy playing it, but this game has a pretty strong issue with all of the maps I played.

After trying the game for a while, I realized that the notes don't actually go along with the music being used in the maps in question, which is arguably terrible for a RHYTHM game.

Of course however, that's not an issue in some of the maps. Some of them do the job correctly, go along with the music, go along with the rhythm and all that, but that really doesn't seem to be the majority of them. The most common issues I found were 2:

1. The most difficult maps do go along with the song's beat, but they often barely match the music, if at all. Rhythm isn't defined solely on the beat, there's always more to it, but it doesn't seem like most people really understand that, which leads to most maps feeling pretty much the same or their difficulty being defined on how fast you can press keys on your keyboard according to what's on your screen, with very little guidance being able to be taken from the music itself.

2. Even in maps that match the song's entire rhythm, there's often keys that are mismatched with the music, although not completely out of sync. Not really much of an issue, but it's noticeable when you get a streak of "Marvelous" by using rhythm to guide your timing and suddenly even if the key press sound matches the song you're hearing, you get a much lower score than you probably should've gotten if the map really did go along with the music.

That wouldn't really be the fault of the game's developers considering pretty much all maps are created by the community, but having no way to share feedback on individual maps is kind of lame, since finding alternative versions of the same songs is pretty much impossible.

The issues I mentioned before are not an offset issue, either. They're issues within individual maps, and the majority of the available maps. Maybe I'm just going insane and the maps are PERFECTLY on beat and synced up with the music and I just suck at the game, or maybe i just got unlucky and every single map i tried just didn't go along well with the music. Either way, kinda ruined the experience, honestly.

Overall, the game is still just OK, but there's better rhythm games out there that play the same and do not have these issues. I'll keep playing it, but they're issues worth keeping in mind.
