I'm sorry, this probably sounds really retarded, but I'm just trying to figure out the mechanics of that.
So you stroke with one hand, play with your balls and finger yourself with the other, but when you run out of fingers with your first hand, shift the stroke hand over to the balls and slowly add those fingers into your butthole until you're only manipulating your ballsack with your wrists?
