Pretty fun, got to play Helldivers 2 and wanted to know what the OG was like. Well worth it, especially on a discount.

Pretty fun. I don't really enjoy just building for the sake of building, but it'll be fun when survival is out.

This game is a demo, there are a ton of new features coming soon. The devs were clear about how unfinished this game is. Its basically a 0.1 build of the game and we have a ton left to go before its even remotely on par with SE 1. Don't refund, enjoy the game, fund the devs.

Arguably one of the greatest games of all time. A flat $60 experience that gives you a story that goes on for nearly 120 hours. There's countless ways to replay the game that can completely change the way you play the game. A really good time that has received more and more support from the devs to further expand their vision.

This game may literally change your life. 10/10 story, 10/10 characters, only flaw is Hanako's route is too short.

Its only just now in early access, has a long way to go for it to be ready for full release.

The Good.
-Its Fun
-Customization is very in depth (albeit a bit clunky)
-It was easy to pick up

The Bad.
-Clunky, very clunky
-Players feel stiff and feel like they should be dead after every tackle (no seriously, what are these animations?)
-Customization is clunky
-Announcers are very very bare bone to the point its funny.
-The paid content is... Bizarre...

Closing comments
I get its free to play, but the way they have the game monetized is odd. They give you dynasty mode, but only for two seasons unless you buy the $40 version. I feel like thats what the intended price was for the full release, but it just feels wrong to be made that way. To be completely honest, its too much like madden for it to try and be high and mighty about being F2P. I'll still watch this game as it develops, and it is a good time so it does have a recommendation from me, but until I see the full game, I would not recommend getting in on the Legend edition.

People tend to dislike the difficulty, and the performance issues. I've not experienced the performance issues myself, but despite knowing that, I enjoy the DLC. Yeah the enemies hit a little too hard, but I like to think of my OG build as my new base stats for a whole new game and its been fun tweaking my playstyle and build to be able to progress through the DLC.
