Wipeout, a unique and adrenaline-pumping franchise, heartbreakingly brought to an end after the closure of Studio Liverpool, also known as Psygnosis. I remember playing the demo and immediately falling in love with the concept; there was just nothing quite like it. I remember my heart sinking when the news that Studio Liverpool was being disbanded. And yet here it is, years later, with another name, and other racing teams and other circuits, but with its essence completely intact.

A fast-paced, hard to master and unforgiving but extremely fun racing game that fully encapsulates the absolute best of the console racing scene, now available on PC and Steam Deck, and with a great (and customizable) soundtrack to boot. Not to mention the extensive mod support full of custom tracks, paintjobs and ships, even some brought back from the Wipeout franchise.

There are a few AG-racing games out there nowadays, yet if the graphics and style of BallisticNG appeal to you or simply want a fast-as-sound racing experience, do yourself a favour and get it.

Been following the game since the 1.1.2, and it has come incredibly far. A very good game to put some time into, it has a pretty tame learning curve while leaving the Expert mode to those experienced players looking for a real challenge to conquer. Really recomment it, it's a solid 8/10.

I highly recommend this game for those with huge loads of patience and who also look for a REAL challenge. Hard as hell, very fun, incredibily well detailed, and all in all, a must-have for platformer lovers; specially Super Meat Boy fans.
