Apparently they changed course again and there's going to be no compulsory sony online login. That being said, I wouldn't. Cards have already been put down, they'll likely be looking to move it across in the future but figure out a way to implement it 'softly'.

The community manager "Spitz" has apparently been fired, as if this whole thing was only their idea and didn't have dev/company backing.There was no safety reasons for the policy change to be put in place, a very obvious lie from the start.
