The game is a little slow to start and the gameplay is a little stale shooter but once you actually get past the first hour or so of setup and you meet the people inhabiting this region of space you kind of get attached. I ended up doing all the side quests even though they were mostly fetch quests because I enjoyed the story bit it would unlock. If you just want kind a mindless shooter with some interesting story and decision making then this is the game for you. I wouldn't say pick it up full price but at 50% off this is definitely a steal.

The level design in this game is some of the best I have ever seen. There are so many options and ways to approach a given objective. If you can think it then you can do it. And the game rewards you for thinking outside the box. The story is engaging for the most part if a little cookie-cutter. Loved the characters and really grew attached to Corvo by the end of it. I can already see how this game can be very replayable and I plan to go full assassin in my next playthrough.

Let me start off by saying that this is a fantastic horror game. When I first booted it up I was crashing every 30 seconds but a quick search online led me to a community fix and it never crashed again after that. As for the game, it's really atmospheric. The story is engaging and believable. The puzzles are challenging and gives you that feeling of satisfaction when you finally solve them. The different environments are stunning to look at. New gameplay mechanics are added at a good pace to keep things fresh and fun. And the bosses are really well done and left me feeling really good after having beaten them.

I would totally recommend you pick this game up whether it be on a sale of the full price.

I want to recommend this to you but I can't. The first half of the game is actually really fun, the puzzles while sometimes very obscure are satisfying to solve, and the world building is phenomenal. However, around the halfway mark the story takes over and it's super convoluted. Some game mechanics are super buggy and you will be running around interacting with everything only to come back to what you interacted with first and now it magically works.

Get this if it's heavily discounted. Can be fun for the right person. But definitely not worth the full price.

Battles in this game are very fun

I picked up this game in the summer sale for 10 bucks but after playing only 2 hours of it I knew this game was worth the full 20 dollar price tag. It just throws you in a sandbox in which you can play whatever board game you desire. The community for this game is one of the best I know of; they are happy to teach you a game if you don't know how to play all the while the creative people come make more games to play.

I LOVE it 10/10 would flip the table again.
