Positive:
- Best physics on arcade racing game
- Graphic look nice
- they optimized it better than it was released

Negative:
- Horizon Arcade sucks
- Low video memory
- Player keep disappearing from map
- Banning people because their livery
- GPU utilizatio dropped to 40% - 60% as you play the game

+easy handling for an arcade game
+big map
+more vehicle

cons:
-story
-drifting on ice
-its hard to searching vehicle for swapping it
