Actually fun Skyrim.

To avoid crashes:
Paste this in your launch options; -width 1920 -height 1080 -dxlevel 90 -heapsize 2097152 -novid +datacachesize "128" (The first two set of numbers can be your custom resolution)

And make sure to put GFX details in the advanced video options to medium settings. The rest can be used from maximum to low as you wish.
