Honestly, if you're looking for a fun time this isn't the game for you. Yes it's challenging, yes it's tedious, and honestly the "satisfaction" of beating the game probably isn't worth it. This game is still as buggy as it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I don't even want to get started with the hacking mini-games. Between Node-Hexer and Stack-Pusher it's just stupid. It never clicks where you want it to, the "hit boxes" on them are so small it almost makes it impossible. Not to mention the timers on them are so inconsistent it's not even funny. You can have the hardest difficulty Node-Hexer and finish with minutes to spare, but lose on the lowest difficulty because it doesn't give you enough time. Now onto the next, numerous time I have found a key on a website and when I clicked on it nothing happened but the noise cue that you have found a key. I've searched the source codes of the pages, I've highlighted EVERYTHING on the pages, there was no text file on my desktop. Nothing. Plus there are times when Lucas doesn't even make a sound when he enters picks the lock of the apartment; I play with my volume cranked... I honestly haven't encountered the breather at all to know if he has bugs or not. When I play I get the free VPN then don't leave the apartment for anything except power. Nor the Doll Maker, haven't needed to go to his site. As for the Noir, I haven't found a problem with them. As long as you're checking the window and door often enough they aren't a problem. I have had a few occasions with the police where I literally just changed a Wi-Fi then a minute later, here they come bursting in like I've been on the same Wi-Fi the whole game... Now that's out of the way, if you're looking for an un-fun and frustrating time with a game just for the emotions of beating it to not be enough. This is you're game. But other than that, have "fun" and; Welcome to the Game. (Edit) After beating the game, I was correct. The satisfaction of beating it wasn't great at all. However if you do ever get to the point where you beat it. You'll probably get more satisfaction knowing you're among the small percentage (Currently less than 2.5%) of the people that have beaten the game; and you get a fancy little steam achievement to show off to all your friends! Finally; Goodbye game. There will be no more welcomes.

Early game is quite slow as with most survival games. However once you get past the "Slow" part it gets very interesting with what you can create and research. It's also better to play with friends. Friends make it a lot more interesting. I also suggest naming the shark that way you have someone to yell at then they attack! LOL

It's still a work in progress so it goes without saying that more needs to be done. However it's still a great game like it's predecessor. It provides enthralling scares with just the sounds of the ocean. The story for what it is just like the last game is great, you don't necessarily need to follow it but if you do it helps with the later game progression and keeps you into the survival aspect. One thing I don't like however is the "mining" aspect of the game. Looking for long periods of time for resources. Yes the Scanner Room does help with that and the increased range modules are nice however it only increases the range by 50 meters. I wish it would go in increments of 100 so you would only need one. But even with the Scanner Room it still takes too long to find resources. I often find myself running out and scavenging for more for a good 20 to 30 minutes. That is about the only thing that I do not like about this game so far.
