cs2 is ff'ed up. laggy as f and community servers are way too difficult to reach (surf)

Suddenly stopping support for Steam Deck / Linux just to say you are 'Actively handing the cheater situation' is lame and unsubstantiated.

This is the game you can lose your life with

Game worked great via SteamPlay (linux), but when you decide to throw in EAC, please make it compatible via SteamPlay.
Never buying games again that are not native.

They keep breaking cross-platform multiplayer. Last update I had to wait about a month before i could play again with Mac/Windows friends. Yesterday a new update came, broke it again. Civ should support the core-game, instead of trying to push new updates that turn out to break something.

Disabling cross-platform multiplayer seems the worst option to me (unannounced).
My weekend will probably be productive though.

I did a "trial" first from version .13 or so, to 'test' if it was a decent Early-Access game. And i was blown away. Before i knew it was 4 in the morning... That night I dreamt about inserters and heard 'belt-like-noises'.
Then bought the game and never regretted it.

The developers are 110% going for it. Posting blogs about their work every Friday, and are very involved with the community it feels like.
Do not bother trying to wait for a sale on steam. Wube has a 'no-sale policy'. The price will only go up once it hits even more stable releases.

For now. $30/€25... Totally worth it. It's even better if you know someone that plays!

On another note; a few thing could be improved. Wube is working on the GUI, so i'll leave that there. But if you host public multiplayer game (what i do from time to time)... It is a very welcoming place for griefers. You need other scripts to prevent that. And even then. Admin tools are not there (yet).
Also, some multiplayer aspects could be added/worked on. I think this game has even greater potential in a multiplayer setting. And it alreay has a lot of people playing multiplayer.

There is no such game like PlanetSide 2. At the start it might be a bit overwhelming.
Massive cobat situations, teamplay, actual people deciding the fights with in-game leadership, and much more!

It might look it is a huge grind. But you can have lots of fun in the beginning. Stick to a squad and engage in communicating with your buddies. Dont spend Certs on new weapons, but on upgrades ( e.g. repairtool) instead, this will net you more certs in the beginning.

I always liked this game because you can hop in quickly, shoot some dudes and hop out whenever you desire. In the process maybe even winning a base or two for your faction.

Cool game! Bit overwhelming with alot of units, but so cool!
