About Me: The Balancing Act of Hobbies
Hobbies, one can never have enough. They say:

"Hobbies are great distractions from the worries and troubles that plague daily living"

Some Hobbies are more dominant than others, some are just backlogged or waiting to be revitalised again. Me Personally, I uphold a great many hobbies.

I've been gaming for a numerous amount of years, Started on Xbox and moved to PC there, this library is just a sample of what I've played/yet to play. Experienced many genres, one time fond of various FPS games, then RPGs, RTS, Fighting, Action, Stealth, Indie, Platformers, etc etc. Extremely single player based, very casual when it comes to multiplayer.

Besides gaming, I tend to have other hobbies outside of gaming. By gaming a lot, It has opened me to Become some of the characters of the games I play through my next main hobby: Cosplay. I've only cosplayed for a year and a bit and It has been such a fun experience so far. Whether it be from Tekken, Devil May Cry, Star Wars, Assassins Creed, Genshin Impact and much more to come. I tend to buy most of my outfits but also attempt to craft either Armor, Weapons or Props out of EVA foam or PLA.

Additionally, I have hobbies quite unrelated to Gaming. While I tend to enjoy Video Game OSTs for any mood I'm feeling, I've been pretty dominant when it comes to listening to K-Pop. Been listening to K-Pop about the same amount of time I've been gaming so I've seen almost every generation of K-Pop evolve overtime, with 4th Gen being Modern K-pop. I collect albums & photocards specifically from 2 Groups and a soloist being IVE, Lesserafim (mainly Kazuha) and Kwon Eunbi. By also being into K-Pop, it has given me some inspiration to go and learn Korean, which will definitely be helpful should i choose to go overseas to Seoul or Busan.

On the smaller side, I like to also collect and build up Gundams. They look cool, easy to obtain and have a wide variety of sizes to display. I may have also developed a General Grevious backbone which can link back to my cosplay hobby. A good lightstaber I see, lets just say would make a fine addition to my collection.

These are just some of the Hobbies I'm very invested in and something that keeps me going ( and probably explains why I might be in financial debt ). These hobbies are all very different from each other but it's such a amazing thing to have many hobbies, really opens yourself up to many different communities. What does that make me?

Age of Empires 2 is a all time classic game and this modernised upgraded version is a perfect addition to both old and new fans. I myself personally am a new fan and really enjoyed this game a lot. RTS games come in a mixed bag of sorts and Age of Empires 2 is among many. It really has a love for the source material that it's being based off of: Pure History. Whether it be from the time Alaric Sacked Rome, The legacy of Genghis Khan or the Vietnam Revolt lead by Le Loi. The scenarios are all pretty unique and tell the stories they need to tell while maintaining that addicting Age of Empires Gameplay.

The Gameplay is very versatile, with around 35 Civilisations to choose from depending on your playstyle. There are also 7 additional Civs in DLC and a couple more Campaign Scenarios for you to play. The Civilisations will provide a range from many playstyles, including Archery, Defensive, Infantry, Siege, Navy, Gunpowder, Cavalry and much more. Each Civ also has there own unique unit or building to spice up the regular gameplay. While learning the basic mechanics aren't as hard, becoming consistent with those mechanics is what really makes drive the skill gap Age of Empires 2. Learning Build orders, lessening Idle Time, maintaining a consistent stable economy, learning about your chosen civs strength and weakness, map knowledge, hotkey usage are just some of the many skills you will have to learn when you want to rank up. Of course if you want to play the casually by all means you dont have to constantly think about this stuff.

When it comes to variety, there are a ton of modes for you to play, a good selection of maps and layouts for all types of gameplay. Island style maps for naval combat, flat desert maps where resources are scarce or the forever iconic Arena map where you start off surrounded by walls, allowing for some long games going up into the imperial age compared to most games where you are most likely to get rushed around 15-20 minutes in the feudal age. You are gonna get stomped on for the first few games when entering ranked but its a timely process as with all multiplayer games. If standard random map isn't your thing, you can play deathmatch if you dont want to worry about economy building, Empire Wars if you want to skip the initial dark to feudal setup, Regicide where your goal is to protect your King unit and kill the other King unit. Finally there is King of the Hill which is more of a casual mode free for all where you capture a monument and attempt to hold it till you win. Additionally, you can play all these modes offline with AI if online isn't your forte.

Overall, Age of Empires 2 Definitive Edition is a solid package, from its respect to rich history
