I got this game back when it came out and the biggest hurdles to playing it have been hardware and audio.

Now I have a computer and sound system worth playing on and I've beaten the game for the first time. A grueling trudge through Nightmare difficulty over the course of a week that often left me stressed, sweating, shaking, and wanting the experience to be over.

I can confidently say that this is one of the best horror games I've played in years. the vibes and visuals hold up nearly 10 years later.
