I usually have an image of the species and their palettes, and duplicate the layers to test out more color palettes.
I don't know of a better method of making them, unfortunately.
Another way I name things is to take a sort of Pokemon approach and combine words. Kyterran comes from Chitin + terra, Thaumoth is Thaumaturge + moth, Scyphojel is Scyphozoa + Jellyfish
I Googled "Ophidian" and apparently there's an obscure D&D species with the same name. I don't think that would be an issue though since "ophidian" is a word. I think it would be fine as a name!
You have great designs, names, and lore so do you have any methods for inventing this stuff?
-Aegis, a respectful fan in the sea of many others.
The incomplete parts of the mod do not show up in game unless you use the ids to spawn them.
In progress right now are two more weapon types (Batons and Scepters),
There are also some incomplete villages I'm working on.
Would I ask you to make (as I think) not so difficult mod if you have time and desire?
I do not know: is a sense to spread it in the general access, but suddenly if you think what it's can be useful also to someone else.. However I would be grateful if you could make this mod, because I don't know programming languages (lua or some anothers). :C
It's would be great if you could change texture of some stock clothes, as with your fix of vanilla sprite hat masks, I talk about what in my opinion in this pose https://i.postimg.cc/2y0BWTKL/20181019173146-1.jpg the character (at least female and in specifically these clothes) looks so as if it broke a backbone or she is very thick. Would be great if you could correct it - moved model of the lower part of a jacket one pixel more left or like that
What you think about it?
For sure I can understood if you seems it strange or senseless or just haven't time for this
