I was really impressed with this! I expected some simple puzzles with mildly interesting mechanics. However, this really blew me away! These puzzles are hard . The unique mechanics for each puzzle introduce a whole new level of difficulty too. This is definitely a unique and fun experience.

I really wanted to like this game more. The premise is intriguing and the voice acting is great! The illustrations for items in your inventory are really beautiful. But the actual graphics and game play leave a bit to be desired. I played with a controller and it took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to harvest corn. That's never happened to me when playing a game and I gotta say I felt pretty dumb. I really really wanted to like this game. It has potential and maybe it will improve with time. As it is right now, I'm just not feeling it.

How do you write a review for a game that truly means something? A game, that for all intents and purposes, contains a message that is everlasting. I've only ever felt this way after finishing a game once before, when I finished playing Eastshade. Just please, experience this.

Immediately started laughing while playing this omfg

Oh man I really love this game. I've played the Skyrim mod and had been excited to play this. It didn't disappoint. I will say some of the historical aspects of the game were kind of weird to me. However, gameplay and genuine intrigue really carried this game. I couldn't stop playing.

I was a little wary after seeing negative reviews but this was an enjoyable experience all throughout. I think the ending could have been better and maybe tied up some things more clearly. However, this is a great meditation on what it means to exist. The visuals of this game are truly amazing and make this game worth it alone. The soundtrack is also just stunning. There were moments where I just sat back and enjoyed the sweet jazz playing throughout. Backbone has a lot of really cool aspects and I'm excited to see more from this universe.

Ah, man, I wish this was longer. I feel like if the story had been stretched out a little bit it would have been perfect. It almost feels like this is the intro to a game that would've have been super interesting. That being said, this is a really cool investigation to play through. If you enjoyed Danganronpa, you'll like this as some of the investigation methods are similar. I'd get this one when its on sale though.

This is one of the most unique games I've played in a while. If you're a fan of investigation filled games, pick this one up!
