Hiya, regarding your stuttering issue with Halo Infinite, try the following options.

If you have a NVIDIA graphics card, roll back to driver version 472.12, this solved the issue for me.

Alternatively the community advice if you uncap the framerate and then cap it via your graphics card options this solved the issue.
