Best CIV yet, tons of replay value: tons of unique units, districts add great depth, and multiple ways to get to a win condition. Religion still needs some work (almost impossible at higher difficulty levels against CPU) but I've been able to complete Science, Domination, and Cultural victories on Diety. Different CIVs identities feel unique and multiple leaders per CIV for even more variation feels nice.
