There is something magical about ARK. It will give you a completely new experience that no other game has yet to compare with. That isn't to say its perfect though. There are really only two cons to this game.

1. it is moderately buggy.
Dinosaurs will sometimes move in very unnatural ways. Clipping through objects and structures is pretty common.

2. Wasted combat potential.
The combat is pretty plain, and one dimensional; boring even. They could have added many different abilities, and move sets to the dinosaurs with different dinosaurs having different move sets. They didn't really do any of that. Battles between dinosaurs really come down to who has the best heath/dps ratio. Battles between them really just amount to standing face to face and biting each other until one dies. I feel like they could have done more. It would have been cool to see a bite and rag doll mechanic where you could control your dinos head/jaw in 3 dimensions and bite an enemy dino and hold it down so they cant move.

Other than those complaints this game is really good. The base building is very fun, and the map is very exciting to explore. There really is something special about building huge bases, and flying around on a dragon, or riding around on a T-Rex. There is also a huge underwater world you can explore with aquatic dinos, and even build bases underwater.

The pvp, and raiding is very unique. This should be obvious considering that there are dinosaurs in this game where almost any other basebuilding/pvp/raiding game does not have dinosaurs.

ARK is a very special game that will leave you with many memories. Its a game that gives you a lot of creative freedom, and the fantastical element of introducing huge dinosaurs and mythical creatures really excites the imagination.

you dont have the right

Interesting, and well made game. However it is too short to be worth $20. It is not an ordinary game. Its more of an interactive movie. If your into that sort of thing then yea the $20 might be worth it. If your into solving mysteries like me, your better off playing a different game that is oriented towards that.

Really great game.

I'm very sad that this game is now dead. This is probably one of the most unique games I've ever played. Its similar to among us, but its honestly a lot better. Among us is really just a "he said, she said" pointing fingers type game. Mindnight on the other hand requires real psychological investigation, strategy, and social deduction. I also like how the hackers dont just get booted out of the game like the imposters do in among us. They stick around even though your 90% sure they are hackers. Peoples minds could be changed about them, and they could get a 2nd chance, or even a 3rd chance. No two matches in Mindnight are the same, and it was just a very unique, exciting, and interesting game.
