One of THE BEST realtime RPG's I've ever played. Disco Elysium is set in a 1950's disco France in an alternate but believable world. The game has great water-color stylized graphics and awesome voice acting.
The passive perk system works by RNG, but is usually good. I highly recommend trying this, especially now that it's won RPG of the year and many other commendable awards!
