Where do I start? I began playing the game Unturned in early 2017 and got hooked instantly. I saw the survival aspect as another Minecraft knockoff, I was wrong. This game changed my perspective of any game that came afterwards. No matter how angry I got with the game I was drawn to come back. Most if not all of my friends gained these past 3 years have been from this game alone. there are two subsections to this review, Negative and Positive.

Beginning with Positive, Unturned became on of my most played games after I saw an lets play for Unturned, and with that I began downloading it. I never knew what I was going to get into when I hit play. The server selection was diverse, mainly just Kit PvP servers and the occasional Vanilla or Roleplay server. I ended up fitting right into the Semi-RP section and met many people who currently still play. the community is Nice and friendly but can have a toxic undertone to it. I would say this game is kid friendly but I would be lying to myself. The Anticheat system seems pretty decent, I haven't ran into a hacker in my 3 years of playing. The Game was my Drug, it had me hooked.

Now to the negative, Despite being out in the current 3.0 version the vehicle physics and lag is sometimes unplayable and the community has become a mainstream daycare for multiple underage people, and they flock to any easy server such as Creative RP, or Kit PvP. Editor is difficult to use but CAN be used. Crate system is overall really just a scam, I recommend going in to the marketplace to find the skins your really seek.

Overall review/ TL;DR

Kid Friendly, Buggy here and there but that is expected from what a 3 man team? Maps are uncommon but when added they are amazing community created content. Welcoming servers for anyone. Active playerbase but not as much as 2017-2018 period. Rated 7.5/10

Ima be honest, This is a really good game, however the learning curve is very difficult to learn. Its a game that runs well on low spec computers and high spec alike. Recommended
