PLAY IT
really just play it, I can not recommend this game enough.

It's a puzzle game with layers on layers of mysteries hiding on the edges, waiting for you to dive deeper into the game then you thought you could.
Incredibly engaging story telling, surprises and jokes that I'm still laughing at.

Please just play it, I need to be able to share this awe with more people

Incredible gateway drug into fighting games

The short normal attack strings give you reliable options that help you learn the timing and spacing in a match

And the 4 skill system means that all easy inputs, and a lot of technical inputs transfer between characters, so you can just learn their playstyle and gimmick instead of having to memorize a huge move list when you want to experiment

Cute and calm

A really good deck builder.

It can be hard to reach the final boss, but you just want to hit the "one more run" immediately because the deaths almost never feel unfair

So leaving a positive review to try and offset the people that are complaining about balance, because I like the current difficulty

A great game, as should be evident by all the clones it spawned.

Every card has a place in some kind of plan but assembling it is the real challenge.

Even after all these hours played I'm still only halfway done climbing the ascension ladder on two of the three characters
